jilicv reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jilicv Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

All financial transactions on jilicv are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilicv supports GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other approved Philippine payment channels as published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per calendar day based on your account tier and verification status.

• Bonuses are awarded only to Players who have met all stated eligibility criteria at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds or unconverted winnings expire upon the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses may be restricted to certain game categories. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirement completion.

All bets placed on jilicv are final and binding once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their bet selections, including game, bet type, and stake amount, before confirmation. Accidental bets will not be reversed except in cases of demonstrable platform error.

• In the event of a technical failure during a live game round or sports event, jilicv reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilicv Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Opening, operating, or assisting any other person to open more than one account on the Platform.
• Using a false identity, someone else's identity, or providing knowingly inaccurate information during registration or KYC processes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any criminal enterprise.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in ways not expressly permitted.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems.

All content on the jilicv Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, imagery, interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilicv or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilicv Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or errors caused by circumstances beyond jilicv's reasonable control, including internet service failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations.
• Any third-party services, payment processors, or content providers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits jilicv's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jilicv's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such limitation would be prohibited under Philippine law.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Chargeback disputes or payment reversals initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to prior notice and the return of any verifiable balance.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jilicv support. Any outstanding real-money balance (net of any outstanding withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.

If negotiation fails within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the City of Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to jilicv's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Players with unresolved complaints may also escalate concerns to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

jilicv reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jilicv will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent on-Platform notice, at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect.

Your continued use of the jilicv Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 12.
